Hours of Treatments
All treatments are available from 8:00 am until 11:30 pm daily.
Pre-arrival Information
Please arrive at the Plateau Reception Desk at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals will be subject to a time reduction from the scheduled treatment.
Cancellation Policy
Should you need to change or cancel a treatment appointment, 8 hours notice is required to allow us to reschedule your appointment, subject to space availability.
Any cancellation less than 8 hours in advance of a treatment or 24 hours in advance of a treatment programme will incur a 100% charge of total services.
Once an overnight room reservation is cancelled for Plateau or Grand Hyatt Hong Kong, treatment reservations will automatically be cancelled unless prior notice is given.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are available for purchase and to be redeemed at Plateau Residential Spa for spa treatments, retail products and accommodation.
Deluxe Treatment Rooms
For an additional supplement, selected treatments may be conducted in Deluxe Treatment Rooms. This supplement allows you to remain and enjoy the facilities in these rooms after your treatment has concluded. More details are available from Plateau Reservations.
Treatment rooms can be booked for relaxation after your treatments. Advance reservations are required.
