Grand Hyatt Hong Kong features nine world-class restaurants and bars offering a fabulous range of cuisines.

Grissini serves authentic Italian cuisine against a backdrop of the city and a two-storey wine cellar. One Harbour Road resembles an elegant Shanghai mansion during the 1930s, and offers traditional homestyle Cantonese cuisine and dim sum. Grand Hyatt Steakhouse is a cosy steakhouse featuring prime cuts of beef, an impressive seafood and oyster bar, an elaborate salad bar, stylish wine room and an intimate cigar room. Kaetsu features traditional Japanese favourites and seasonal specialities with a varied selection of exclusive sake.

Grand Cafe is the hotel’s all-day dining restaurant that offers an international dinner buffet; Tiffin, with live music performances and its cosy setting, features daily lunch buffet, afternoon tea buffet, dinner buffet and Sunday brunch. The Grill, an alfresco dining venue for grilled specialities, offers a barbecue dinner buffet and weekend brunch buffet.

Grand Hyatt Steakhouse

Grand Hyatt Steakhouse features prime cuts of beef from the US, Canada and Japan. Additional offerings include an oyster and seafood bar, an elaborate salad bar and a stylish cigar room. An impressive selection of wine by the glass and an astute wine list from around the world.

David Campbell, Head Chef of Grand Hyatt Steakhouse, has enjoyed a long and successful career with the Hyatt restaurant family, starting at Grand Hyatt Atlanta in 2000. David has also been the chef de cuisine at Grand Hyatt Manchester San Diego, and the executive sous chef at Grand Hyatt Kauai, Hawaii.

Grand Hyatt Steakhouse is accessible from the hotel driveway, as well as on the Mezzanine level opposite Kaetsu Japanese restaurant. The main dining room enjoys view of the hotel lobby. A semi-private dining room accommodating up to 8 people and a private room for 12 guests are available.

One Harbour Road

Commanding unparalleled views of Hong Kong’s famous Victoria Harbour, this duplex restaurant at Grand Hyatt Hong Kong emulates the elegance of a high society, 1930’s-era Chinese mansion. Rich Santos rosewood timber enhances the cosy ambiance, while natural stone creates a light and airy feel on the lower veranda. A distinctive glass-mosaic fountain, custom-made carpets, wooden furnishings and draperies complete the restaurant’s intimate milieu.

The Cantonese cuisine at One Harbour Road restaurant is Hong Kong dining at its unpretentious best - lovingly prepared and graciously presented.

Enjoy stunning views of Victoria Harbour from the restaurant’s plush sofa and armchairs, and be warmed by the period fireplace while enjoying One Harbour Road’s traditional home-style cuisine. It’s the perfect spot for private dinners of up to 24 people.

Chef’s Table, located within the kitchen of One Harbour Road restaurant, offers guests a rare glimpse into the workings of a Chinese kitchen. Designed by renowned Hong Kong-based designer, John Morford, the room accommodates up to 12 diners. Guests can request Chef Tim’s surprise menu, create their own menu, or choose from one of the restaurant’s set menus.

Grissini

“Grissini” is the Italian word for “breadsticks”, and indeed the entrance of Grissini Restaurant at Grand Hyatt Hong Kong features a large baking oven where fresh breadsticks are prepared in front of the guests, filling the restaurant with a delicious aroma.

Grissini Restaurant specialises in traditional Italian dining, using only the freshest ingredients to present dishes that are light and refined, yet filling.

Grissini’s private room, with its hand-painted walls and ceiling, emulates the atmosphere of a rustic Italian home. Floor-to-ceiling windows in the restaurant’s main area provide ample amounts of natural light and unobstructed views of Victoria Harbour. The simple yet stylish furnishings embody the cooking philosophy of Grissini’s Chef – authentic Italian cuisine, lovingly prepared with the freshest ingredients. Kaetsu

Designed by renowned interior designer John Morford, Kaetsu Restaurant at Grand Hyatt Hong Kong features contemporary Japanese dining and the most extensive sake menu on Hong Kong Island.

Kaetsu serves a range of traditional Japanese favourites and seasonal specialities, including fresh sashimi and sushi, taraba crab salad, Japanese seasonal fruits and homemade ice-cream.
